The ACT Emergency Services utilised the civil construction services of Group One to construct new Helipads and new taxiways at the Hume Heli-base facility. Although the engagement was at short notice and conducted through challenging times, I found the service from Group One to be the highest standard. The construction was completed to schedule and on time, completed to an extremely high standard, and offered a competitive price. Employees and Contractors utilised on the project were punctual, polite and professional. The reporting and communication services were exceptional ensuring that I was always informed of the progress of the works. The flexibility offered in accommodating minor changes and additional works were key to the overall success of the project and a create to the customer service ethos of the company, offered a competitive price.
