Woodbury Ridge Sutton

Capital Plus 1 engaged Group One Pty Ltd to deliver an environmentally sensitive 66 lot rural subdivision on 185ha site. Group One proudly delivered this project, the first development to receive certification under the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Act.

The works included bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, pavement construction, environmental protection, rural fencing including hardwood timber fence, installation of motorized lot gates, cobblestone paving, reticulated bore water for each lot, provisions for future telecommunications, HV/LV electrical power upgrade included relocation of poles crossing the Federal Highway and upgrading of busy Sutton road and Guise Street intersection under live traffic.
