Lawson 2 Stage 2B Residential Estate Development

Group One has been engaged by Suburban Land Agency to construct  Stages 2B2 and 2B3 of Lawson Stage 2 which provides 7 multi-unit blocks in close proximity of Lake Ginninderra and joining the existing stage of Lawson suburb. Works have started on this project which includes earthworks, major culvert crossing bridge with balustrade, relocation of live sewer, working under high transmission electricity lines adjacent to main EVO Energy Substation, pavement construction, sewer & water reticulation, stormwater drainage, conduits, subsoil drainage, kerb and gutter, concrete paving, traffic control, environmental protection, asphalt and sealing, streetlights, line marking, sign posting and landscaping.
