Elm Grove Stage 2

After successful completion of ELM Grove Stage 1 residential development in Bungendore NSW, Aland Pty Ltd engaged Group One to develop the Stage 2 of ELM Grove. This stage include a total of 252 residential blocks.

Works are starting soon and will include earthworks, pavement construction, sewer & water reticulation, stormwater drainage, subsoil drainage, kerb and gutter, concrete paving, traffic control, environmental protection, asphalt and sealing, line marking, sign posting and landscaping.
