Linking Mirrabei Drive to Horse Park Drive
Group One was awarded this $20M contract in July 2014. Comprising of approximately 160 residential blocks and 3 multi-unit sites, the project also includes the construction of the remaining piece of Mirrabei Drive, linking it to the newly opened Horse Park Drive.
