Quality Development
Work commenced in November 2008 and continued through October 2010. Included in the scope of works for the project was all site clearing & earthworks; hydraulics; power; gas & telecommunication reticulation; kerbs; footpaths & pavements.
Group One constructed the waterway infrastructure including ponds, weir walls and bridges. A post tensioned bridge was constructed over the main ponds on Zakharov Avenue in Stage 2, whilst a single span precast plank bridge was constructed on at the Gundaroo Drive entry.
Construction by Group One of steel framed, timber clad footbridges and pond platforms provided a quality finish to the waterside area and underline the diverse capability of the company.
Residential building is now complete across the bulk of Stage 2 and Stage 4, and what once was grazing land is now a vibrant community. Group One is proud to have been a key partner in the delivery of this high quality estate.
