AN ESTATE FIT TO CALL HOME

Group One was contracted by Worth Street Pty Ltd (a joint venture between Koundouris Group and Construction Control Australia) to carry out civil construction of Casey 4 Estate. In total this represented a contract value in excess of $14 million, including a landscape package in excess of $1.6 million.

Construction commenced in December 2012, with 241 residential lots, 5 multi-unit sites and a retail hub to delivered as part of this contract. The scope of works included all site clearing & earthworks, screening & sorting of a potentially contaminated stockpile, hydraulics, power, gas & telecommunication reticulation, kerbs, footpaths, pavements, retaining walls, street lighting in addition to significant open space hard and soft landscaping works.
