Work has commenced on Greenway Lakeside Estate, the new foreshore development in Tuggeranong Town Centre. The new project, dubbed ‘Southquay’, aims to enliven the foreshore and strengthen the Town Centre through a mixture of residential and commercial development.
Contracting directly to the Land Development Agency, Group One is set to deliver Stage 1 civil works mid 2014.
