With construction of Coombs 2 Estate powering ahead, Group One’s footprint on the Molonglo Valley has increased yet again with the award the adjacent stage: Coombs 1 Estate. This contract will see delivery of over 230 residential blocks, several mulit-unit sites, and a bridge linking the nearby stage.
Construction work is due commence in coming weeks.
