Contract works included bulk excavation & material cartage offsite; stormwater & watermains reticulation; kerbs; footpaths; asphalt; streetlighting; and both hard & soft landscaping.
Other major works included under the contract scope was the relocation of an existing 900mm diameter steel trunk watermain. New Sintakote watermain pipe was installed; the new main pressure tested; and then the cutover carried out, all under Group One’s control.
This $6 million project was completed under budget and to the praise of the client.
